Police assume control Yola North secretariat as factional authorities Clashed

YOLA—FACTIONAL board authorities have turned Yola North Local Government Area secretariat, Adamawa State, to a battlefield.

Troubled Chairman of the committee, Alhaji Mahmud Abba, is driving one group, while the Vice Chairman, Mr. George Raphael, drives the other.

Their fight has been waiting for quite a while, yet the circumstance accepted another measurement when their individual supporters conflicted in the secretariat for two back to back days. As of now, the doors of the secretariat have been under bolt, with intensely furnished hostile to revolt police separation keeping vigil.

Vanguard discovered that the Vice Chairman, Mr. George Raphael, and his gathering were permitted passage into the secretariat on Wednesday, when the month to month allotment was to be gone to.
