Abusive behavior at home 

The 43-year-old man said his better half was enamored with going out and returning voluntarily and that at whatever point he advised her, she would swing it to a battle. He asked the court to disintegrate the marriage. 

He called me a witch—Wife 

In any case, Obianuju, denied every one of the assertions however charged that her better half was a danger to her life. 

She stated: "My significant other was continually beating me; every one of the scars on my body were because of his manhandle. There was a day he beat me and one of my teeth tumbled off. 

"There was a night I saw him holding an appeal and moving round my informal lodging a few spells. I stood up, yet he exited my room and set the appeal at my entryway post," the 34-year-old lady said. 

The mother of two said her significant other stopped her belongins to her town, guaranteeing she was a witch. 

As per her, "my better half conveyed my properties to my folks, saying he was told by a mystic that I am a witch. He told my folks that he was never again keen on our marriage." 

She said she never assaulted her significant other with a blade as they didn't have cleaver at home. 

Obianuju begged the court to give her better half's desire and disintegrate the marriage as she too was never again keen on the union. 

The President of the court, Mr. Adegboyega Omilola, deferred the case until September 12 for additionally hearing.
